Everyone needs time to decompress, to think, to create, to incubate an idea and to make things happen.
Time alone is a must, especially if you work on a small team, where things tend to become chaotic.
Members of a small team, like the Red Team, are usually on top of each other. In the military they might share the Team House, in the corporate world they might share a cramped office or lab. It is very important that each team member go somewhere to be alone. Whether to work on a side project in a quiet environment, or to think and come up with a solution for a current problem.
Spend time alone. Disconnect if possible.
