If you have some tough wide elastic bands around, you can build an improvised watch cover, IDF style.
Just sew together the elastic creating a loop and done. Take into account the width and height of the watch.
The idea is to cover the crystal and prevent reflection from giving you away while you are in sneaky mode. You can still see the time by pulling at one of the side and stretching the elastic.
